Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed via pipandwells.com.

All orders are shipped via DHL to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Europe.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 23:59 (CET) on working days are processed the same day.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including DHL tracking information.


2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country.

Netherlands
Ordered before 23:59 on a working day
Delivered the next day

Belgium / Germany / France
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days

Rest of Europe
Estimated delivery time: 3 working days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery country.

Free shipping applies to all orders above €100.

For orders below €100, shipping fees will be displayed during checkout before payment.


4. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pip & Wells cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.


5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Please check your DHL tracking information

  2. Verify your shipping address

  3. Contact us at info@pipandwells.com

We respond within 1 working day and will investigate the matter promptly.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The outer packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged product

If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your parcel, please notify us immediately at info@pipandwells.com so we can investigate with DHL.
