Return & Refund Policy

At Pip & Wells, we stand for refined design, premium craftsmanship, and an elevated fragrance experience. If your purchase does not meet expectations, we are here to assist you in a clear and fair manner.


1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period by email at:

You then have an additional 14 days to return the product after notifying us.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused.

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals and components must be included.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.


3. Fragrance Oils & Hygiene-Sensitive Products

Due to hygiene and safety regulations:

  • Opened or unsealed fragrance oils cannot be returned.

  • Products with broken seals are not eligible for refund.

  • Used oils or partially used bottles will not be refunded.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.


4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your diffuser or oil arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photo or video evidence.

  • We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

If a defect appears within the warranty period, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Pip & Wells is not responsible for lost return shipments.


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


7. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened fragrance oils

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items (if specified as final sale)


9. Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
